	Xtreme Technologies, LLC. is a woman owned small business s-corporation that offers custom web, desktop and server application development as well as technical consulting in all areas of computing and electrical engineering. We are a customer-focused company with a goal to provide the best value and service to our clients. We like to think of ourselves as a company that thinks out-of-the-box and strives for perfection and the future. We believe in providing the best services to our clients; sometimes that involves promoting technologies that are on the leading edge of technology, hence the name Xtreme Technologies, LLC. We do not take our jobs lightly and we strive to provide the best techical consulting to our clients. Our employees are all technically proficient in their respective fields. Each employee stands behind their recommendations to clients as the company also backs its employees. We are technology based consulting firm located in Norman, Oklahoma. We have many diverse technical capabilities including, but not limited to custom programming, web design, hardware specification, design, and implementation, distance learning and management, and electrical engineering specifications and implementation. Xtreme Technologies, LLC. has been involved in education for numerous years and in distance learning for more than 10 years. We developed a desktop computer managed instruction toolset for distance learning and made it available on our website (http://www.cets-ok.com/). During this time we realized that education and classroom teaching was changing and a massive medium was not being utilized; that is why we developed Virtual Classroom as a server side only Internet based application.

	Jonathan H. Williams, President and CIO, has been involved in the consulting business for many years and has worked with various clients, including Boeing, Federal Aviation Administration, Tinker Air Force Base, Mission Research Corporation, IBM, TELOS, Richart Distributors, CSD, and Riley Electric Logs, Inc. He has a strong technical understanding and has been involved in distance learning and education for more than 15 years. He has a strong commitment to the client and strives to educate every client because of his belief that we grow because we help our clients grow.
